Pair’d Margaret River Region Named Among World’s Top Festivals
Pair’d Margaret River Region has been awarded Silver in the Festival category at the 16th edition of the Eventex Awards, recognised alongside just four other festivals globally and the only Australian festival awarded in the category.
Widely regarded as one of the world’s leading accolades for events and experience marketing, this year’s Eventex Awards received more than 1,400 entries from 58 countries, judged by an international panel of industry leaders, creatives, strategists and event professionals.
Pair’d was created to showcase the Margaret River Region through a wine-first lens, bringing together unique ‘pairings’, world-class wine, exceptional dining, music and immersive experiences across the region’s beaches, forests, vineyards and caves. Designed as a destination-led festival, Pair’d celebrates the unique culture, landscape and producers of Western Australia’s South West while attracting high-value interstate and international visitation to the region.
To see a regional Western Australian festival recognised on the global stage is incredibly meaningful and reflects the enormous collaboration behind the event.
A huge thank you to everyone involved across Tourism Western Australia, Mellen Events, We Are Gather, Ahoy Management, our venues, wineries, chefs, suppliers, artists, crew and the broader Margaret River community for helping bring Pair’d to life.
With Pair’d returning from 19–22 November 2026, and tickets on sale soon, we look forward to continuing to grow the festival and further showcase Margaret River and Western Australia on the world stage.
Pair’d Margaret River Region is proudly owned by the WA Government through Tourism WA.
