Hosted by acclaimed winemaker Jeremy Gordon and celebrated chef Brian Cole, Chef de Cuisine at Hearth, The Ritz-Carlton Perth, this rare experience grants access to Amelia Park's magnificent cellar door barrel room for an evening of exceptional food and wine.
Inspired by the flavours, traditions and stories of his West African heritage, Brian will create a bespoke menu that brings together cultural influences, Western Australian produce and contemporary technique. Paired with Amelia Park's award-winning wines, the evening promises a deeply personal and memorable dining experience.

Due to the nature of this event and the set menu experience, we are only able to accommodate Vegetarian and Gluten Free Dietaries.

Please note that menu substitutions will not be available on the day of the event.
• Parking is available onsite, in the main carpark.
• Please ensure you clearly note from which location you will be getting on the bus in the next step.
• Bus ticket sales close Wednesday prior to the weekend of the event.
• Bus times and locations will be sent out to bus ticket purchasers 10 days before the event.
• Bus running is subject to meeting minimum numbers.
• You will receive a full refund if the bus is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met.
• Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early to your bus stop, late arrivals will not be waited for as it holds up everyone on the bus route.
