Around the Table with Ray Jordan

For one night only, join acclaimed wine writer and critic Ray Jordan as he hosts a deeply personal dining experience centred around a handpicked selection of his favourite Margaret River wines from the forthcoming WA Wine Review 2027.

The evening begins on the lawns at Miss Chow’s Margaret River with canapés and a relaxed meet-and-greet with Ray, before guests move inside for an immersive paired dinner set “in the round”. Throughout the evening, Ray will guide guests through each wine selection, sharing insights from the tasting process, stories from behind the scenes of the Review, and his perspective on the producers and vintages shaping Western Australia’s wine landscape.
