Burnt Ends & Friends returns to Wills Domain for one night only. Building on last year's sold-out, open-flame feast, the tradition evolves for 2026 with a completely fresh line-up of global culinary masters joining the fire.
Michelin-starred genius Dave Pynt is making his annual pilgrimage back to Western Australia, resetting the stage with brand-new inspiration. Netflix Chef’s Table BBQ legend Rodney Scott is bringing his South Carolina whole-hog royalty to the pit, alongside Hong Kong izakaya master Matt Abergel throwing down Yardbird-style charcoal magic. Bali’s wood-fire wunderkind Benjamin Cross will be turning up the heat and while Si Paradiso's own Larissa Gonçalves infuses the flame with her signature, fire-touched Italo energy. Collaborating with the award-winning local brilliance of Wills Domain chefs and winemaker Ely Jarvis, it’s an incredible line-up of talent.
Wander freely between live-fire chef stations, enjoying a dish from each with a cold Gage Roads beer or crisp glass of wine in hand, slurping freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Rock Albany Oysters while watching the world's best fire chefs work their magic right in front of you.

Due to the nature of this event, we are able to cater for Vegetarian dietary requirements only.
Please let us know if you or any of your guests require one of these options. Dietary requests must be provided in advance and cannot be accommodated on the day.

Pair'd Bus transport is available for this event as a ticket add-on. Guests wishing to utilise the the Pair'd Bus service must book by 5 November 2026.
