For four nights only, Tokyo's acclaimed Sushi m takes up residence at de'sendent.

Sushi m Owner and acclaimed Sommelier Yoshinobu Kimura joins Margaret River's own Evan Hayter of de'sendent for a dining experience grounded in precision, craftsmanship and a deep respect for seasonality. Across a multi-course experience, guests will be treated to the absolute best of what these two restaurants have to offer. Along with the specialty dishes served up by the de’sendent team, Sushi m’s master sushi chef Hideo Omori will be crafting individual pieces using carefully selected local seafood.

A menu of this calibre deserves an equally compelling pairing experience. Curated by Kimura San and inspired by the visionary drinks philosophy of Sushi m, guests will have the option of two packages. The ‘essential’ package will include Champagne, museum wines from Howard Park, Marchand and Burch French Collection Burgundy, as well as premium sake. The ‘prestige’ package includes and takes all these elements to the next level, for a truly exceptional pairing of rare, unique, surprising and thoughtful beverages.

This will be a truly collaborative dining event, created for those who seek the absolute best in food, wine, and hospitality. Limited to twenty-six diners per evening.
