Mr Barval x Bair Bones Lunch
After building a cult following in Tasmania with acclaimed restaurant Van Bone, Tim and Laura Hardy have found a new home in Margaret River.
For this progressive lunch, Bair Bones joins forces with Mr Barval to take guests through four unique locations across the property. Beginning by the water and moving through the vegetable garden and vineyards before finishing at the winery, each stop reveals a different side of the farm and the people behind it.
Tim's menu draws heavily from the property itself, featuring produce from the garden, homegrown Tamworth pork, local seafood, premium meats, freshly baked goods and seasonal desserts. Wines will be poured throughout the afternoon, with guests invited to explore the vineyard, meet the resident pygmy goats and Tamworth pigs, and experience the landscape that inspires both the food and wine.
A long lunch, farm tour and wine experience in one, this is a rare opportunity to experience Mr Barval from the ground up.
Part of Pair’d Origins, a curated collection of one-off experiences created exclusively for Pair’d Margaret River Region by some of the region’s most celebrated local hosts.
