Nature's Table
Signature long-table lunch returns for Pair’d Margaret River Region 2026.
Set in the stunning forest of Tanah Marah, Nature’s Table brings 200 guests together for an event that unfolds just once each year. Wine leads the way, with spectacular Margaret River Region matched wines, curated by renowned wine writer Erin Larkin. Each pour is masterfully paired with a four-course menu from celebrated local chef Paul Iskov and world-renowned native food chef Mindy Woods. Together, they explore this year’s story of the Wannang (Peppermint Tree), thoughtfully weaving the Peppermint Tree’s native botanicals throughout the courses.
Led by Zac Webb, a proud Wadandi-Pibulmun man, and hosted by Max Veenhuyzen, guests will be welcomed through stories and seasonal knowledge connected to Country, in Wadandi tradition.
The afternoon closes with a live performance from Bumpy, a proud Noongar woman whose music was named among the best albums of 2025 by Rolling Stone and Double J. In a forest setting, her voice finds exactly the right home.
Following the rapid sell-out of our 2025 event, we encourage early booking to secure your place at this exceptional experience.
IMPORTANT: No parking is available at the venue. Guests must travel via the Pair’d Bus, which is included in your ticket.
