For 2026, New Wave Gathering is taking over crowd favourite Chow's Table for a night of great wine, delicious Chinese, and live music headlined by Australian indie-electronic favourites Boo Seeka.
As always, Chow's Table will be hitting hard with the flavours. Expect festival dishes from Mal Chow inspired by his Malaysian-Chinese heritage, designed to be eaten with a wine glass in hand. Set on feasting throughout the night? Upgrade to the Chow's Table ticket for unlimited festival dishes from Mal Chow's "Greatest Hits" menu. (Trust us, you'll want the upgrade.)
Your ticket includes 4 x wine tasting tokens to spend across a curated lineup of next-generation Margaret River producers, with extra pours and glasses available for purchase all night. Pull up at House of Cards Cellar Door for a taste, discover a few new favourites, and chat directly with the people behind the labels.
Looking to sharpen your wine game? WA wine legends Emma Farrelly, Katia Taschetti and Foni Pollitt will host complimentary masterclasses throughout the evening, offering an approachable look at the wines, trends and producers shaping the future of Australian wine.
Don't go home empty-handed. Come ready to discover new favourites and stock up on wines for your home collection, with bottles available to purchase directly from producers throughout the night.

Due to the nature of this event, we are only able to cater for Vegetarian, Dairy Free, and Gluten Free dietary requirements.
Please let us know if you or any of your guests require one of these options. Dietary requests must be provided in advance and cannot be accommodated on the day.
