Pair’d Beach Club
Wine, poured at the edge of the Indian Ocean.
Pair'd Beach Club returns to Meelup Beach, where every session begins with welcome drinks paired with freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters, before making your way to the live raw bar where WA seafood chef Scott Bridger of Pearla & Co. is shucking, slicing and setting the tone for the afternoon or evening ahead.
From there, choose your beachside experience.
The Beach Club Restaurant brings together Michelin-starred Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson and Ben Ing, two chefs shaped by their time at Noma and now celebrated in their own right, for a three-course menu inspired by the Western Australian coastline. Paired with Margaret River wines curated by chef-turned-sommelier Cyndal Petty, it's an intimate dining experience just metres from the ocean.
The Beach Bar offers a more relaxed way to experience the same world-class culinary talent, with casual beach dishes by Gus and Ben, Margaret River wines, coastal spritzes and a sandy dancefloor just steps from the shoreline.
Across every session, Thailand's renowned DJ and chef Mendy Indigo sets the soundtrack.
For those joining the sunset sessions (evenings only), you're in for something extra special. As the sun sinks into the Indian Ocean, legendary Austrian DJ duo and wine enthusiasts Kruder & Dorfmeister take to the decks for their only Australian performances of 2026. There could hardly be a more fitting stage to enjoy their signature trip-hop sound with a glass of Margaret River wine in hand.
Day and evening sessions available across the weekend.
