The Cellar Collection at Cape Mentelle
Join Cape Mentelle for an evening celebrating the remarkable ageability of Margaret River wine through a rare tasting of current releases, museum wines and large-format bottles from the winery cellar.
The experience begins with an al fresco reception beneath the marquee, where guests will enjoy canapés before stepping into the Stainless Steel Cellar for an exclusive masterclass. Featuring a curated selection of current and museum releases, the tasting explores how some of Margaret River's most celebrated wines evolve over time.
Guests will then move into the Heritage Vat Cellar for an intimate long table dinner created by acclaimed chef George Cooper. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the wines showcased throughout the evening, with additional current, museum and large-format releases poured alongside the menu.
A rare opportunity to experience the depth, history and longevity of Cape Mentelle's cellar, this is an evening designed for those who appreciate exceptional wine and the stories held within every vintage.
