Nick Ryan has persuaded Margaret River’s most celebrated winemakers, including Cullen Wines, Leeuwin Estate, Vasse Felix, Moss Wood, Cherubino (to name a few) to crack open the doors of their museum cellars and return with some of the greatest wines this place has ever produced. These are far more than simply dusty bottles. These are the historical markers of the Margaret River story, the benchmark setters, the world beaters. The increasingly rare reminders of just how far we’ve come.

Inspired by the idea, the acclaimed visionary behind Singapore’s Michelin-starred Burnt Ends, Dave Pynt, is teaming up with Leeuwin Estate’s Dan Gedge to deliver a dining experience up to the challenge of doing these wines justice.

There could be no more appropriate location than one of the most significant sites in Australian wine, the magnificent Leeuwin Estate, surrounded by the spectacular art collection that has become such a part of this country’s vinous folklore.

These wines are unlikely to sit side by side in the one place ever again. And certainly not with cooking of this calibre and in a room that resonates like this one.
