An evening under the stars at Xanadu Wines.

Guests will begin with canapés, a welcome drink and acoustic music before taking their seat for a four-course dining experience at Xanadu Wines. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with Xanadu Wines and inspired by a story from the skies, creating a journey that connects food, wine, astronomy and storytelling throughout the evening.

Guided by a Wadandi storyteller, guests will gain a deeper understanding of the landscape and night sky through stories and perspectives connected to Country. Between courses, advanced smart telescopes will bring the universe into focus, offering the opportunity to observe planets, star clusters, nebulae and distant galaxies firsthand. Live telescope feeds will also be projected throughout the experience, allowing guests to share in each discovery together.
