This exclusive dinner brings two kitchens into conversation, with the wines of Vasse Felix at the heart of it.
For Pair'd Margaret River Region, this one-night-only collaboration unites Bonheur's two Michelin-starred Chef Patron Matt Abé with Vasse Felix Head Chef Cam Jones and Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock. Guided by the structure, complexity and elegance of the estate's most celebrated wines, the evening draws two distinct culinary perspectives together in a single, carefully considered menu.
Matt Abé earned two Michelin stars within months of opening Bonheur, his debut restaurant. Cam Jones, recognised as WA Good Food Guide Regional Chef of the Year, is celebrated for some of the state's most imaginative cooking. Together, they bring refined French technique and a produce-led instinct for Margaret River across a multi-course dining experience.
Respected wine journalist Erin Larkin will host the evening, guiding guests through each wine pairing and sharing the story of Vasse Felix, Margaret River's founding wine estate and the origin of the region's first Cabernet Sauvignon vines.
