A glass of wine, food cooked over flame, and stories shared fireside.
Hosted at Wills Domain for one night only, Burnt Ends & Friends returns with an extraordinary line-up of culinary talent. Michelin-starred chef Dave Pynt is joined by renowned South Carolina pitmaster Rodney Scott, Hong Kong's Matt Abergel, and some of Western Australia's most exciting chefs for an evening celebrating fire, flavour and exceptional produce.
Guests will move freely between chef stations, tasting a series of dishes cooked over flame alongside wines selected by Wills Domain winemaker Ely Jarvis.
