Felipe grew up in Venezuela, a vibrant and colourful nation in which the food and core ingredients vary greatly across the regions.
Classically trained in French cuisine, there is no doubt that our talented Chef takes influence from his upbringing along with time spent in Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and now Australia. The result is beautifully presented plates that fuse his respect for produce with a myriad of flavours and techniques.
When he's not balancing work and life, he's learning to stay upright on a board at his favourite Margaret River surf spots!
