Jessica & Adam Court
The lure of the Margaret River regions beautiful lifestyle opportunities drew Adam and Jessica to make the sea change and move from Sydney in 2018. Jessica had been honing her skills at the 2 hat fire driven restaurant Porteno. Her first role in Margaret River was at Vasse Felix where she soon became Sous Chef working with Brendan Pratt. Jessica then moved to take the Head chef role at Glenarty Road where she led the kitchen team to receive WAGFG 2021 regional restaurant of the year and 2023 gourmet traveller best destination dinning in Australia. Her love for fire, fresh produce and charcuterie had found its home at the farm.
Since recently having their first child, Jessica’s husband Adam has taken the reigns at the Glenarty Road kitchen, having developed a great respect for Sasha and Ben McDonald the Glenarty Road owners and the ethos they run in their restaurant and property Adam is continuing the Glenarty road culinary journey. Adam has experience from many hatted venues including Rockpool Bar & Grill, Continental deli bar & bistro, and Monopole. He has a great appreciation and dedication towards the produce and livestock grown and raised at Glenarty Road and sharing this genuine farm to table experience with our guests.
