Based in the picturesque town of Dunsborough, Western Australia, Kym crafts wines that are a tribute to her late younger sister, Pip, affectionately known as Birdie. Before she passed away, she entrusted Kym with a heartfelt promise: to live life to the fullest, cherish memories of Pip with joy and always embrace the spirit of fun.

Founded in 2015, Dream Bird captures the essence of Kym's winemaking journey, blending creativity with traditional and contemporary techniques to produce unique, small-batch wines. Kym sources her fruit from carefully selected vineyards across the renowned Margaret River and adjoining regions, ensuring that each bottle reflects both her own unique winemaking expression and the site on which the grapes were sourced. Her wines are known for their beautiful balanced flavours, textural qualities and meticulous craftsmanship.
