Louella Mathews

Louella Mathews is a leading figure in Australia’s wine and hospitality industry, known for her influential work across high-end venue wine programs and her advocacy for greater diversity in wine.

She is currently the Group Beverage Manager for Trippas White Group, where she oversees beverage strategy and wine curation across a portfolio of major Sydney venues, including the Sydney Opera House precinct, Taronga Zoo dining outlets, Infinity by Mark Best, and Lee Ho Fook Restaurant. In this role, she is responsible for developing wine lists, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring each venue’s beverage program reflects both quality and contemporary Australian dining culture.
