His career has taken him from Japan, Europe and the Middle East before returning home to Perth to open several restaurants.
His cooking is guided by seasonality, quality produce and a deep respect for the ocean,.
Inspired by the Australian coast, Scott’s dishes celebrate fresh seafood, elemental cooking and the relaxed but refined style of dining that defines Western Australia.
Pearla represents the next chapter in Scott’s journey, bringing together everything he loves about coastal dining with every dish telling a story.
