Tim Robards is an Actor, Presenter, Author, Chiropractor content creator and now… winemaker… or at least he brings the right team of experts together and takes all the credit hehe… Tim’s passion for wine and struggle to buy anything but French Rosé led to his mission of making a rosé here in Australia that he enjoys drinking just as much as the French stuff, and seeing what’s really possible here in Australia

Shun Eto is a passionate Sommelier with a deep rooted history in the Sydney wine scene. Having worked in many for the cities best restaurants and a slew of accolades behind him, he loves being able to share his own wine of some of the best wine lists in the best restaurants around Sydney.
