Tom Bloomberg joined the Voyager Estate team in 2024. Hailing from Nelson in New Zealand, he completed a Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology at Lincoln University in Christchurch. Tom has spent the last 6 years traversing the globe working vintage in the Barossa, Bendigo, Bordeaux, Marlborough and Portugal. He eventually landed in Margaret River, where he has been making wine since early 2022. Tom believes it's the diversity that makes the region so great: “Margaret River is full of expressive wines that are being produced from the bottom to the top of the Cape. The Chardonnays have tension and character in spades, whilst the Cabernets display plenty of nuance without lacking concentration and depth. I am so happy to be immersed here”.
