Jed Gerrard, following distinguished tenures as Executive Chef at COMO the Treasury and The Ritz Carlton, Perth, has led acclaimed restaurants Wildflower and Hearth to multiple Chef’s Hats and numerous awards.
Since 2021, Jed has brought his culinary expertise to the South West, steering the Yallingup Restaurant at Wills Domain with a fresh direction and revamped menu. As Culinary Director, Jed, alongside Chef de Cuisine Sergio Labbe, leads a passionate team dedicated to creating culinary masterpieces that showcase the best of Margaret River produce.
