Nadia Haskell
Nadia Haskell has been bringing to life all manner of sweet treats since 2016, under the guise of Harlequin Desserts and has been keeping the Margaret River population delighted with an array of deliciousness centred around the best seasonal and local ingredients.
With a fine art background, and as a Master Chocolatier, Nadia has spent years honing her craft, and is dedicated to creating desserts that are fundamentally delicious, and cater to all manner of dietaries - Nadia has, for many years, created the South West's premier range of gluten free and vegan desserts.
A constant fixture at the Margaret River Farmers' Market, custom cakes, desserts and chocolate truffles keep the region and its visitors captivated. "The aim has always been, and always will be to make it fresh, balanced, delicious and morish, no matter the occasion, the dietary or the styling. Sweets and dessert should be moments of joy, bits of pleasure in a fairly pure sense, and I want to honour that. But I also want to honour the produce at hand - we're so lucky in the South West with what is at our disposal, and it's almost a duty to honour that too. That's why teaming up with an excellent, terroir focused winery like Cape Grace is so exciting."
