Dolce & Decant: A Decadent Interactive Dessert & Wine Pairing

Cape Grace Wines joins forces with esteemed local chocolatier and cake maker, Harlequin Desserts, to treat guests to an intimate, decadent and interactive dessert and wine pairing experience. You’ll receive a glass of Cape Grace Cremant de Grace on arrival before sitting down to three limited-release wine tastings, which will be paired with three base desserts that you’ll be able to add your flair to with additional edible elements, playing with different flavours and how they interact with the wine. For example, how does fruit mousse or crumble added to your cheesecake affect the wine tasting experience? Compare with your friends’ creations to see who’s desserts pair better with the different wines in this fun, interactive wine tasting.
