Join us for an unforgettable five-course culinary adventure at Beerfarm Metricup’s Farm to Fire. Head Chef Hayden Vink will be teaming up with good friends, Glenarty Road, for a celebration of fire and flavour. The night’s menu will feature the finest Angus beef right from the pastures of Beerfarm and mouth-watering pork and lamb from Glenarty Road, cooked using age-old, flame-kissed methods. Think reverse searing over charcoal, meat smoked over oak beer barrels and local Jarrah for an extra special flavour. Each course will be paired with a selection of beverages from Beerfarm and Glenarty Road to round on the delicious evening.
