Taste your way through the region’s most innovative and daring wine labels, with exclusive new season releases and tastings from game changing Margaret River Region winemakers hosted by Skigh Wine. Sip on crisp rosés, delicate sparkling wines, and rustic whites as you embark on a journey to find your new favourite wine.
Chef Andy Hearnden (AKA Andy Cooks) collaborates with Bella Napoli for gourmet pizzas and Normal Van for mouthwatering tacos. Wine writer Nick Ryan will also be on hand to guide the wine tasting experience.
Music for the evening is headlined by legendary house DJ and producer Grant Smillie (LA), joined by Attica’s acclaimed Ben Shewry, with DJ Chef Brian Cole (Hearth) spinning beats that keep the energy high. Pair it all with Eagle Bay Brewing Co’s craft beers, perfect for the sunset vibes and unforgettable bites.
Plus, at the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase and take home your favourite bottles. Australia Post will be at New Wave Gathering ready to help you send your new favourite wine bottles home - whether you’re traveling interstate or from overseas.
