Our Commitment 

Pair'd Margaret River Region complies with all Disability Access and Inclusion requirements, including the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA), the Carers Recognition Act 2004, and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability. 

We've used the Government of WA Disability Services Commission Accessible Events Checklist as our reference point throughout the planning process, ensuring we consider accessibility for all attendees.

What We Consider 

Our accessibility planning encompasses: 

Physical Access 

• Nearby parking and drop-off zones 
• Clear accessways and surfaces into and throughout the event 
• Location of accessible bathroom facilities

Comfort and Support 

• Availability and location of assistance animal rest areas 
• Quiet spaces for those who need them 

Natural Settings 

Some of our events take place in beautiful natural settings such as beaches and forests. While these locations offer unique culinary experiences, they may present particular considerations for mobility and parking access. 

Personalised Support 

Every patron's needs are unique, which is why we manage accessibility on a case-by-case basis. If you have accessibility requirements, need assistance, or have specific parking needs, please contact us at least 14 days before your event. This advance notice allows us to: 

• Provide detailed information about terrain, facilities, and parking options 
• Arrange priority parking where possible 
• Ensure all your personal needs are met 
• Develop a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) if you require additional assistance during an event evacuation
