Why is the event called Pair’d?

The name Pair’d derived from the matching of unexpected and expected pairings. Pair’d is a ‘wine first’ event, curated through the lens of a sommelier and blended with incredible culinary, music and cultural experiences.

Where does Pair’d take place?

Pair’d is taking place across the Margaret River Region, in Western Australia. The events taking place across the weekend are all located within this stunning coastal, wine region.

When is Pair’d happening?

Pair’d is taking place on the weekend of 19 - 22 November 2026

How do I buy tickets?

Ticket on-sale timing for Pair’d Margaret River Region 2026 will be announced mid-2026.

Subscribers will receive 48 hours of Early Access before tickets are released to the general public.

I have a group booking of 10+ people. How can I book?

Each event at Pair’d has specific group size restrictions. Please visit each event's ticketing page to learn more about how many tickets you can book. Alternatively, you can email our team at [email protected] for assistance.

Do you offer ticket packages that include travel & accommodation?

Packages will be available, with on-sale timing for Pair’d Margaret River Region 2026 will be announced mid-2026.

Do you cater to dietary requirements/allergens?

At Pair’d, we collaborate closely with our chefs and venues to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Each event is different, please ensure you read event descriptions prior to booking.  

When booking tickets for events that cater to dietary needs, you'll be prompted to specify your requirements at the time of booking. Please provide accurate information at checkout, so we can ensure you're well catered for in advance as we cannot accommodate unknown dietary requirements on the day.

What is the age limit for each event?

The age limit varies across the Pair’d program. 

Some events welcome and cater to children, while others have a strict 18+ policy.  

Please visit the specific event page to find out the age limit for each event.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

All ticket purchases are final. We can’t refund tickets or exchange them for another event or date. If you are no longer able to come to the event you may give the tickets to friends or family.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale to the public on 16 July 2025.

Please visit each event page to see if tickets are still available. Some events are SOLD OUT, whilst others still have tickets available.

Are the events accessible?

Accessibility: We're committed to making our events inclusive for all. Please note that some events take place in natural settings such as beaches and forests, which may present challenges for mobility and parking. 

Parking arrangements vary by location, with some venues having limited or distant parking options. If you have any accessibility requirements, need assistance, or have specific parking needs, please contact us at least 14 days before the event. 

We'll work with you to ensure your needs are met, providing specific information about the terrain, facilities, and parking options at each location. Where possible, we can arrange priority parking for those with accessibility needs. Our goal is to help all attendees participate safely and comfortably in our diverse range of event settings.

When will I receive my tickets?

All ticket purchasers will receive their e-tickets in an official booking confirmation email from Universe, after you’ve purchased your tickets to Pair’d.

Is there a maximum capacity per order?

Each Pair’d event has its own group size limit, depending on the nature of the experience. Some events cap at 4 guests per booking, others at 10 or 20. These limits are in place to maintain the intimacy and flow of each event.

It looks like tickets for a certain event are gone during Early Access. Will more be released?

Yes, absolutely! Every event will have tickets released when General Public sales open at 10am AWST (Perth time). Keep your eyes peeled – they won’t last long.

When do bus tickets close?

Bus tickets close 5 November, 2026 (2 weeks prior to the festival)

Can I bring my child to events?

Age restrictions vary across the Pair’d program.

Some events may welcome children, while others are strictly 18+. Please check the individual event page carefully before booking. The current FAQ notes that age eligibility varies by event and that some events may include children’s tickets where applicable.

What’s the closest airport to Pair’d?

The nearest airport in the region is Busselton, offering flights from Melbourne and Sydney via Jetstar Airways. Perth Airport, a 3-hour drive away, provides international, domestic, and regional flights. For additional travel information, please visit our Plan Your Visit page.

I need to hire a car for the event - where can I hire from?

You can hire a car from the Perth and Busselton airports. The Busselton Airport is approximately a 45min drive and the Perth Airport is a 3-hour drive away. 

I’m travelling to Margaret River Region for the event. Where can I stay?

Do you offer coaches/buses to the events if we don’t want to drive?

The following events offer the Pair'd Bus: 

  • Night Hawker (Complimentary)
  • Nature's Table (Requried due to no public parking, complimentary)
  • New Wave Gathering (Complimentary)
  • Pair'd Beach Club presented by Range Rover ($20 Bus Ticket)
  • The Grand Tasting presented by Singapore Airlines ($20 Bus Ticket)
Is car parking available at Pair’d events?

We encourage you to add a bus/transfer option to your ticket where possible as most events offer limited car parking facilities. Please visit the individual event pages for specific transport information.
