Dave Pynt is the Founder and Chef-Owner of Burnt Ends, a modern barbecue restaurant in Singapore’s Dempsey Hill. Known for its modern Australian barbecue and boutique wines and spirits, Burnt Ends offers a fun, relaxed atmosphere that has captivated diners since its inception.
At the heart of Burnt Ends is an open kitchen concept featuring a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven, and four elevation grills. The restaurant writes new menus daily, embracing the magic that comes from cooking with wood.
Since first being awarded in 2018, Burnt Ends has proudly held its One-Michelin star. The restaurant is currently ranked #68 on the 2024 San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and #15 on the 2024 San Pellegrino Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List.
