de’sendent is the next incarnation of Arimia Estate, our much-loved Margaret River winery restaurant which marked its final chapter in June 2023.
Arimia grew from humble beginnings and built a strong reputation for its unwavering dedication to growing and sourcing high-quality, local, organic produce from suppliers who cared deeply for the land. Our philosophy was simple: farm- fresh food in a picturesque setting.
Enter de’sendent. Same chef, same owners, same culinary philosophy… but supercharged. de’sendent is intimate. It’s edgy. It’s refined. It’s our disruptive younger sibling with a passion for seasonal ingredients, umami, and So-Cal punk rock. We’re dishing up the best local produce in a sleek new architecturally designed space on Margaret River’s main street that delivers everything you need and nothing you don’t.
