Culinary heroes collide
World-renowned JAAN Executive Chef Kirk Westaway collaborates with award-winning Leeuwin Estate Head Chef Dan Gedge, to bring you four beautiful courses, perfectly paired with internationally acclaimed wine from the Leeuwin Estate Art Series. Kirk is a two-time Michelin-starred chef based in Singapore, known for his internationally lauded style of Modern British Cuisine. Dan is renowned for creating elegant dishes, packed with flavour, starring the finest local ingredients.
This exclusive dinner is part of our wine dinner series, presented by Hawaiian and will be hosted in the Leeuwin Estate Art Gallery, surrounded by the collection of Australian Artworks that have featured on the acclaimed ‘Art Series’ wine labels.
