Three times Michelin-starred chef Kyle Connaughton of SingleThread Farm (Sonoma, CA) curates an extraordinary four course dinner, in collaboration with Voyager Estate Head Chef Travis Crane as part of our wine dinner series, presented by Hawaiian.
Kyle’s acclaimed style is woven with Japanese influences, creating dishes that lure epicureans from all over the world. Travis creates progressive, wine-focused dishes that evolve with key seasonal milestones in the vineyard. Both chefs share a passion for seasonal farm-to-table produce, crafting artisanal fare that showcases the best local ingredients.
Each dish will be paired with wines hand chosen by award-winning Voyager Estate Sommelier, Claire Tonon.
