Voyager By Sea
A world-class celebration of seafood, sustainability, technique and place.
Three of the world’s most revered seafood chefs. One extraordinary table. Unlimited possibilities.
Prepare to have your perceptions about seafood challenged. For one unmissable evening only, Michelin-starred chef and Rick Stein alum Nathan Outlaw (UK) and globally renowned fish whisperer Josh Niland of Sydney’s Saint Peter join Voyager Estate head chef Travis Crane for a world-class, four-course dinner collaboration, showcasing the potential and deliciousness of the sea.
While these world-class chefs explore the bounty of the deep, Voyager’s head winemaker Tim Shand will be back on dry land and digging deep in the winery’s cellar for rare estate wines to complement and highlight the kitchen’s oceanic flavours.
Guiding the evening is Erin Larkin - one of Australia’s most respected wine voices and a reviewer for Robert Parker Wine Advocate - who will host and help bring each course and pairing to life.
Expect canapés, expect live music, expect a landmark dinner for seafood lovers and a bold tribute to the waters that shape us and the place we call home.
