A rare collaboration of culinary artistry and winemaking mastery, this exclusive evening brings together new and old, heritage and craft.
Julien Royer, chef-owner of Singapore’s three-Michelin-starred Odette and winner of the World’s 50 Best Chef’s Choice Award, joins forces with WA Good Food Guide Regional Chef of the Year, Cam Jones.
Together, they will explore the influence of terroir on their craft, creating an elegant and restrained menu designed to perfectly complement the wines of Vasse Felix.
Royer, whose roots trace back to a fourth-generation farming family in France’s Auvergne region, will draw inspiration from his agrarian heritage for his hotly anticipated Pair’d debut.
Joined by Odette’s award-winning Wine Director Vincent Tan and Vasse Felix Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock, the chefs will present an exclusive wine dinner, shining the spotlight on local ingredients through Odette’s modern French cuisine, infused with a zest of Asia.
On the night, expect live music and canapés, followed by a refined four-course dinner thoughtfully paired with current and museum wines from the Vasse Felix cellar.
Respected wine journalist Erin Larkin will host the event, sharing insights into Vasse Felix’s history as the birthplace of Margaret River wine, and guiding guests through each wine pairing.
