Blaze Young
Blaze Young has built an impressive culinary career over the past decade, honing her skills at some of Perth's most acclaimed restaurants, including Propeller, Billie H, Lions & Tigers, and Madalena’s.
In 2021, Blaze become the opening Head Chef at the award-winning wine bar, Nieuw Ruin, in Fremantle. Blaze then stepped into the role of Executive Chef to launch Edward & Ida’s in 2023, the third venue in the Foxtrot Hospitality Group.
Today, Blaze oversees kitchen operations across all three venues—Foxtrot Unicorn, Nieuw Ruin, and Edward & Ida’s.
