New Wave Gathering

A celebration of rule-breakers, tastemakers, and wine redefined.
Discover the next generation of Margaret River winemakers, pouring bold drops and inventive blends that push boundaries. Hosted at the relaxed cellar door of Skigh Wines, this is the perfect event to unwind, glass in hand, as the region’s freshest talent sets the tone. With 8+ wine stalls, you can taste your way through the evening, exploring new flavours and creative pairings.
Food lovers take note: the Pair’d Snack Bar is a highlight, featuring WA’s Chef of the Year Blaze Young paired with WA’s Emerging Chef of the Year Drew Dawson, serving up mouthwatering bites you won’t want to miss- and local favourite Normal Van to keep the flavours rolling between sips. Pair your Snack Bar dish with a refreshing drink from The Grove Distillery, serving up Bassline and Cola's and refreshing Eagle Bay Brewing Co beers.
As the sun goes down, Grant Smillie and Alex Dimitriades spin vinyl for the ultimate sunset soundtrack, while free wine masterclasses with Nick Ryan (The Australian) and Tom Parker Bowles offer a chance to level up your wine knowledge.
