Tom has authored nine cookbooks, including the bestsellers E Is for Eating: An Alphabet of Greed, The Year of Eating Dangerously, and Full English: A Journey Through the British and Their Food. His latest title, Cooking and the Crown (2024), is an international hit, praised for its evocative storytelling and celebration of royal culinary traditions.
