The Grand Tasting

An afternoon of world-class wines, rare finds, and exceptional tastings.
The Grand Tasting is far more than a cellar door visit—it’s a four-hour wine-tasting celebration of iconic vintages, limited releases, and winemaker favourites all in one stunning location. Indulge in festival dishes crafted by acclaimed chef Matt Moran and Italian soprano and cookbook author Silvia Colloca, showcasing their culinary expertise.
On the music stage, Silvia will also treat guests to a live opera performance, providing a captivating soprano finale to your afternoon of wine tastings.
At the Perfect Pair’d stage, hear from Kirk Pengilly (INXS) and Layne Beachley, founders of KP Wine, as they partake in engaging Q&A sessions. Plus, expect other special guest appearances from some well-known names.
Optional Museum Tasting Masterclasses with top wine writers Nick Ryan and Erin Larkin offer a deeper dive for those seeking more (additional cost).
