Nic Bowen

Nic Bowen is a second-generation winemaker born into a family deeply rooted in the West Australian winemaking scene. Bowen brings a wealth of experience to Howard Park. His diverse career spans Australia to France, including a decade at Accolade Wines, where he worked at Hardys and was mentored by the legendary Ed Carr of House of Arras. 

Since joining Howard Park in 2021, Nic’s endless enthusiasm and profound love for sparkling wine have been instrumental in driving the winemaking team toward new heights of innovation and excellence. His keen interest in smaller, niche parcels of fruit has inspired a commitment to continuously evolve winemaking and viticulture practices, ensuring the creation of wines that embody pleasure and a sense of place. Under Nic’s leadership, the team works tirelessly to produce wines that reflect the beauty, complexity, and natural purity of their origins, utilizing some of the most breathtaking vineyard sites on Earth.
