Night Hawker
This event honours Australia’s rich and diverse multicultural history with an unforgettable evening of all you can eat Asian delights.
An evening of tempting Asian street eats crafted by superstar chefs Dan Hong, Rosheen Kaul and Mal Chow. Taste your way through the street eat stations, with dumplings, grilled skewers and authentic bites on offer… it’s food that will make your senses go wild!
Drink up, with a choice of bold cocktails, award-winning House of Cards wine and much-loved local beers from Eagle Bay Brewing Co. All set to DJ spun hip-hop, R&B and K-pop jams.

Your ticket includes an 'all you can eat' feast of Asian delights and an arrival glass of House of Cards wine.

Arrival – Tray Service Cold soba noodle salad, shredded chicken, pickles + sesame.
COLD STATION - WA tuna tartare, prawn cracker, Shucked oysters, hot and sour dressing (Mal Chow)
HOT STATION - Hot and numbing WA tiger prawn wontons with fragrant chilli oil dressing Wok fried Vermicelli noodles, XO sauce, Char siu pork belly and Shark Bay scallops (Dan Hong)
HOT STATION - Stir-fried pork jowl, Geraldton wax, lemon and white pepper Grilled saltbush lamb ribs, smoked green chilli and shiso, fermented tofu tarator and sesame oil flatbread (Rosheen Kaul)
Late night snack – Tray Service Chow pow pow fries, onions, pickle, curry sauce
