Step into the sizzling energy of the Night Hawker - a restaurant-quality feast served street food-style; where the flavours are bold, the atmosphere electric, and the chefs are the best in the game.
For one night only, three masters of modern Asian cuisine - ArChan Chan (Ho Lee Fook, Hong Kong) Victor Liong (Lee Ho Fook, Melbourne), and Mal Chow (Chow’s Table) - unite to serve up an all-you-can-eat menu inspired by Hong Kong’s iconic street eats. From smoky skewers to handmade dumplings and punchy Asian bites, all packed with bold flavour and flair.
Adding another layer to the night, Mendy Indigo – Bangkok-based DJ and cook – will be behind the decks and behind the pass, collaborating with Mal Chow on a special dish inspired by her Thai roots.
Enjoy unlimited dishes, a glass of wine or Eagle Bay Brewing Co beer on arrival, and a buzzing night market atmosphere - all soundtracked by back-to-back live DJ sets from regional legends and guest stars.
